Tagasireisipäev: laupäev, 14.04.2018//Departure day: Saturday, 14.04.2018

Thinking back to our departure day, the weather was amazing – the sun was sparkling back from the white snowy mountains and I  remember a warm breeze running through my hair. I felt sad leaving this magical place. Even worse was having to leave the wonderful people we had met.

In the morning, we all gathered at the train station. After saying our goodbyes to the locals, we took our train. Ahead of us was a long trip back home. During our train ride, we enjoyed our last views of Norway’s mountains and lakes. The view of the mountains reminded me of all the cool things we had done during this week. For example we went sledging. At first we were scared because the mountain was big and there were hills at the end. But by the end we were already going down the mountains with our stomachs against the sled.  I even got a big bruise on my hip as a memory. At my host’s place also stayed a Spanish girl. We had to convince her for a long long time, to sledge down the hill. Some time later her friend came with her host and she convinced her and next moment they were sledging. Finally, we reached the airport, where we said goodbye to the Italians. They still had to take the train to another airport.

One Italian boy went sledging for the first time and in his first try he ended up hitting his back against a post, his shoes even fell off. It didn’t look painful but rather funny. Luckily he was fine and he even wanted to go again down the mountain.

Finally, once our train had arrived at the airport, we said our last goodbyes to the other students, who had to continue their train ride to another airport. We had to take multiple flights, to get back to Estonia, going from Trondheim to Oslo, Oslo to Riga and finally Riga to Tallinn. But fortunately, the flights were scheduled well and we didn’t have to wait too long between them. So after many hours in several airports and airplanes we finally arrived back to Estonia late at night and very tired. We said our final goodbyes to each other and so ended our fun and adventurous week in Norway.

Näiteks käisime me kelgutamas.
