Kojusõidupäev: laupäev, 20.10.2018//Going home: Saturday, 20.10.2018

I woke up at 8 o’clock in the morning, which was one hour later than usual, and thanks to that, it was much easier to get up in the morning and oppose the day. The day was even better because, last night, we had agreed with Oscar and his host that they would spend the night with me and my host, which made it much easier for Oskar because he lived 1,5 hours away from Bosa in a small town where the bus rides could get quite annoying. After waking up me and Oskar packed our stuff and moved downstairs where we had to say goodbye to the family, which turned out to be quite fast as the clock was ticking faster and we had to reach the bus.

The bus for the airport which was located at Alghero left at 9 o’clock. Us and the Turkish students started driving towards the airport but we had to drop our Turkish friends off to a nearby hotel in Alghero because they wanted to spend the last day enjoying the beautiful city of Alghero. After that, we continued our trip towards the airport. Our flight to Rome left at 12:45 and lasted for 45 minutes.

After the first flight, we had about 4,5 hours of free time at the airport. We decided to do some homework and enjoy the gelato’s we would have during the trip. We also enjoyed the last slices of pizza that we bought from the airport with Oskar. Although the taste could have been a better our stomach were still all filled and we were prepared to take a look around the airport. We also found a couple of interesting shops where we saw new and interesting gadgets that we had not encountered before. After looking around, we finally had to move on to the next flight.

We had to leave Rome at exactly 18:20 but unfortunately that didn’t happen because our flight was delayed for almost a half an hour and that really made everyone worry if we could make it to the next flight because the transfer time for Frankfurt–Tallinn flight was only 45 minutes and that meant that every second was at stake.

After landing in Frankfurt we really had to run for it. Running thru people while yelling excuse me! to make it on our next flight which would take us home. Luckily we all made it on the plane but not our luggage. In Tallinn airport we were told that our luggage will arrive by next day. And so it did.

Karjusime üle lennujaama excuse me! ja jooksime rahvamasside vahelt, et jõuda Tallinna lennule. Lennule me õnneks jõudsime, kuid meie kohvrid mitte.
